We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items into their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor your return's progress.
